Sofia’s Magical Amulet Berry Frozen Yoghurt Pops
These delicious fruit and yoghurt packed berry pops are the perfect healthy alternative to ice-cream and just as delicious.
Inspired by Princess Sofia, they’ll have your kids on the path to ruling their own kingdom.
- 1 banana, ripe
- 80g blueberries
- 240g fat free plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey
- 360ml all natural no-sugar added grape juice
- 3-4 cups ice
- 2 tbsp salt
-
Fill an oval ice mould with the grape juice and place in your freezer to harden.
-
To make homemade frozen yoghurt in a bag, fill a gallon size resealable bag with the yoghurt, banana, blueberries, vanilla extract and honey. Remove as much air out of the bag before sealing.
-
Squish everything together for approximately 3-5 minutes, or until combined and a light purple colour.
-
In a jumbo size resealable bag, add the ice and salt, then place the sealed yoghurt bag inside and close.
-
Shake vigorously for 10-15 minutes or until the frozen yoghurt pulls away from the sides of the bag. You've got frozen yoghurt!
-
Remove the frozen grape juice amulets from the mould and place one in each lolly mould. Spoon in the frozen yoghurt and add sticks if needed.
-
Freeze the pops for 4-5 hours, remove and enjoy!
