- Download Evil Queen Mask
- Scissors
- Pencil
- Scrapbook paper or cardstock
- Glue stick
- Small round faux gem
- Colored pencils or markers
- Wooden paint stirrer
- Glue dots
- Craft knife
-
Print out the template. Cut out the pieces and use them as patterns for cutting out mask pieces from the specified scrapbook paper colors.
-
Centre the Queen's face atop her black hood and glue it in place. Next, glue the faux gem to the tip of the center point of the crown, and then glue the base of the crown to the top of the hood.
-
Color green irises onto the eyes. Glue the eyelids onto the upper halves of the eyes. Then glue the eyes, eyebrows, and lips onto the face. Draw on eyelashes and two small lines for a nose.
-
Cut out a 5-inch square of black paper and set it down with one corner at the top and another at the bottom (like a diamond). Glue the Queen's chin atop the upper corner (the square will resemble the neck of her cloak).
-
Place the Queen's head atop a sheet of white paper or cardstock and pencil the outline of a large triangular collar (the sides should measure about 12 inches and the top should fall an inch or so below the base of the crown).
-
Use glue dots to stick the Queen's head onto the collar, sandwiching the top of the paint stick between them to create a handle.
-
Finally, use the craft knife to cut holes large enough to see through in the centers of the irises.
