Baymax Origami

Use the traditional Japanese art of paper folding to craft an adorable origami Baymax. A simple and fun craft to do with your kids.

Print out PDF.

Cut out the square place it face down.

Fold in half to make a rectangle, then reopen it. Fold the square in half to make a triangle then fold that triangle in half, then reopen it back to the original shape.

Fold the top edge down.

Whilst doing that press in the sides to form a triangle.

Make sure the eyes and logo are in the inside folds of the triangle. Place the triangle down with a blank side facing you.

Fold up the two outside points of the top layer so they meet in the middle they will form a square.

On the square fold the two outside points inward so they touch in the middle.

Your paper should look like the above. Flip it over and repeat steps 4-8.

There will be a small hole at the bottom of your paper.

Using a strong breath blow into the hole to inflate the box. You may need to do this a few times.
