How to Make It

Print out the PDF.

Cut out all the PDF pieces.

Use tape to connect the 2 red strips together to make a circle.

Blow up a white balloon to about 7 inches wide.

Tape the head to the knot.

Place balloon into the circle base.

Tape the arms to each side.
