- Clear top coat
- Light blue nail polish
- Dark blue nail polish
- Black nail polish
- White nail polish
- Orange nail polish
- Make-up sponge
- Tooth pick

Apply base coat. Paint all your nails light blue.
Cut a small strip out of the make-up sponge.
Paint a stripe of light blue and a stripe of dark blue.
Tap sponge on your nail to create a gradient effect -
Use a toothpick to place random white dots. Then, draw lines to create snowflakes

Olaf - use a toothpick and white polish to draw an outline of Olaf's head. Fill in and let dry.

Use black polish to draw his hair, eyes and mouth outline. Let dry and white dots to his eyes for pupils and an orange dot for his nose.

Finally, fill in his mouth - don't forget to leave a square of white for his tooth.

Finish with top coat to make your "frozen" fingertips shine.
